2.2 Refund Timeline

• Before Course Start: 100% refund with no questions asked
• After 1st Session: 100% refund if you're not satisfied
• After 2nd Session: 100% refund of all payments made
• After 3rd Session: 100% refund available
• After 4th Session: 100% refund for the full course fee

There are no restrictions - you can request a refund at any point during the course, even after the last session.

4. Refund Processing Time

4.1 Our Processing Time

• Immediate Approval: Your refund will be approved as soon as we receive your request
• Processing Time: Refund initiated within 24 hours of approval

4.2 Bank/Payment Gateway Processing

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
• Net Banking: 3-5 business days
• UPI: 2-3 business days
• Wallets: 2-3 business days

Note: The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank/payment provider. We process refunds immediately from our end.

5. Refund Method

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during registration
• If the original payment method is no longer available, please inform us and we'll arrange an alternative method (bank transfer)
• For cash payments (if applicable), refunds will be processed via bank transfer

6. Partial Payments

If you've made partial payments:

• Registration Fee Paid (₹299): Full refund of ₹299
• Partial Payment Made: Full refund of all amounts paid (Registration + Partial)
• Full Course Fee Paid (₹2,998): Full refund of ₹2,998

7. Course Materials

• You may keep any course materials, code samples, or resources you've already received
• Access to online resources may be revoked after refund processing
• Physical materials (if any) do not need to be returned for refund eligibility

8. Certificate Refunds

• If you've already received a completion certificate and request a refund, the certificate will be revoked
• Digital certificates can be invalidated remotely

9. Multiple Module Registrations

• If you're enrolled in multiple modules, you can request a refund for specific modules
• Each module is treated as a separate enrollment for refund purposes
• Refunding one module does not affect your enrollment in other modules

10. Payment Gateway Charges

• We absorb all payment gateway charges - you receive a 100% full refund
• No deductions will be made from your refund amount
