Welcome to The Success Institute. By enrolling in our AI/ML Mastery
Program or any of our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions. Please read them carefully before registering.
1. Course Registration and Enrollment
1.1 Registration Process

Students must complete the registration form with accurate personal
information including name, email address, and phone number.

Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of the registration fee of
₹299.

A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address
within 24 hours of successful payment.
1.2 Eligibility
- Students must be at least 16 years of age to enroll.

No prior programming experience is required for Module 1 (Python
Programming Foundations).

Students must have access to a laptop/computer with internet
connection for coursework.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Fee Structure
- Total Course Fee: ₹2,998 per module
- Registration Fee: ₹299 (paid upfront)

Remaining Balance: ₹2,699 (can be paid anytime
before the last class)
2.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, and
other payment methods available through Instamojo.
- All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
- Payment receipts will be sent via email after successful payment.
2.3 Late Payment
-
The remaining balance of ₹2,699 must be paid before the last class of
the module.

Failure to complete payment may result in denial of course completion
certificate.
- Access to course materials may be restricted until full payment is received.

4. Course Attendance and Participation
4.1 Attendance Requirements

Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions for optimal
learning outcomes.

Classes will be held in-person at The Success Institute, Sompura.

Session timings: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM on scheduled dates (typically
Saturdays).
4.2 Make-Up Classes

Recorded sessions may be provided for students who miss classes due to
valid reasons.

Students must inform the instructor in advance if they cannot attend a
session.
5. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
5.1 Access to Materials

Students will receive access to course materials, code samples, and
project files.

All course materials are for personal educational use only.
5.2 Intellectual Property Rights

All course content, including slides, videos, code, and documentation,
is the intellectual property of The Success Institute.

Students may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any course materials
without written permission.

Code written by students during projects remains their intellectual
property.
6. Code of Conduct
6.1 Expected Behavior

Students must maintain professional and respectful behavior towards
instructors and fellow students.

Disruptive behavior, harassment, or discrimination will not be
tolerated.

Academic integrity must be maintained - plagiarism is strictly
prohibited.
6.2 Consequences
-
Violation of the code of conduct may result in removal from the course
without refund.
7. Certificate of Completion
7.1 Eligibility Criteria
- Complete all course modules and sessions
- Submit all required projects and assignments
- Complete full payment of course fees
- Maintain attendance as per course requirements
7.2 Certificate Issuance

Certificates will be issued within 2 weeks after successful completion
of the module.
- Digital certificates will be sent via email.
8. Course Modifications and Cancellations
8.1 By The Success Institute

We reserve the right to modify course content, schedule, or
instructors if necessary.

Students will be notified of any significant changes at least 48 hours
in advance.

If we cancel a course, students will receive a full refund of all fees
paid.
9. Limitation of Liability

The Success Institute provides educational services to the best of our
ability but does not guarantee specific career outcomes or job
placements.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from course participation.

Technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or hardware failures
are the responsibility of the student.
10. Privacy and Data Protection

Student information is collected and stored securely in accordance
with applicable privacy laws.

Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as
necessary for course delivery and payment processing.

Students may request access to or deletion of their personal data by
contacting us.
